Natural Revitalization Environmental Action Initiative
When John Lennon sang the seemingly obscure lyric "I am he as you are he as you are me and we are all together" from I Am the Walrus, he said something about responsibility that we could all learn from.
We are, in fact, all together on this planet.
We are not all one person. We each have our individual identities but we are connected.
We connect to our families; we work in groups and belong to social and other groups that coincide with our interests. We are citizens of a country. We are part of mankind. We share the planet (and even our houses) with plants and animals. We depend on the earth and its soil, rocks, water and air in order to sustain life. We connect spiritually with each other (again, Lennon and McCartney said it: "All you need is love"). We connect with God in our individual ways.
With these connections in mind, our mission at Peter Gillham's Natural Vitality is to change conditions on this planet to enhance all of these connected areas of life.
While we are enhancing our customers' quality of life by balancing their calcium intake, relieving stress and restoring healthy magnesium levels with our best-selling Natural Calm and providing a simple solution for optimum nutrition with Organic Life Vitamins, our responsibilities extend beyond this.
The issue of global warming is possibly the "atomic bomb" of the twenty-first century.
We need to confront this and effectively deal with it.
In terms of working to change conditions, we have launched an environmental action initiative we call Natural Revitalization, which addresses global warming in two ways.
We have designated a percentage of profits from the sale of our Natural Calm, Organic Life Vitamins and all other Peter Gillham's Natural Vitality supplements to two non-profit environmental organizations.
The first is Conservation International (www.conservation.org), which has programs that preserve tropical forests from being destroyed. CI is also very active in programs to curtail the amount of CO2 being released into the atmosphere. Their overall mission is to conserve the earth's living natural heritage, our global biodiversity, and to demonstrate that human societies are able to live harmoniously with nature.

The second non-profit group is Remineralize the Earth (www.remineralize.org). RTE sponsors educational and action programs to promote the use of glacial gravel and rock dust to put natural minerals back into our depleted soils. This cost-effective, non-petroleum-based fertilizer results in both enhanced organic growth and enhanced natural mineral content in our food crops. The revitalization of our soils with the subsequent enhanced crop, plant and forest growth will give us greater oxygen production as well as greater absorption of CO2. Not only can we help combat global warming but we can also start to regain the abundant vitamins and minerals once naturally found in our food supply.
In addition to donating money to these organizations, we are working with them on an educational and action basis to achieve our mutual environmental objectives.
As Lennon & McCartney also said, "And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make."
